TestPlant announces South American partnership with Mirus Teknologia

Automated software testing leader joins with Buenos Aires reseller to strengthen South American market expansion. First new customer win secured

London and Buenos Aires – 11 December 2012 – TestPlant, the developer of robotic test tool product eggPlant, has announced a new partnership agreement with Mirus Teknologia. This partnership, which has already produced its first customer contract, will continue to strengthen TestPlant’s growing international presence, with a targeted focus on the South American region.
Mirus Teknologia, headquartered in Massachusetts, USA with regional offices worldwide, is a global telecommunications consulting firm with significant influence as a technology reseller across the CALA, EMEA, APAC and North American regions. eggPlant is a powerful automated test tool used by defense, finance, healthcare, media, entertainment, security, retail, software development, telecommunications and technology goods companies, to enable non-invasive testing through visual depictions of GUIs and screens. QA professionals and software testers use eggPlant to test the screens of any device on any operating system via an automated ‘search and compare’ function. Testing functions include mobile, application, performance and cross-platform testing.

The new partnership has already secured its first customer, Q4Tech, a software development company headquartered in Buenos Aires with a focus on mobile business solutions. Q4Tech will use eggPlant to automate testing across all of its applications.
