E-mail Support – This is our primary support mechanism for customers and receives priority attention. Please provide as much detail as possible about your issue and send it to support@testplant.com. This option is also available by selecting one of the options under the eggPlant Help menu.

User Forum – Intended primarily for questions where you seek other users input or discussions of general interest. Not a priority support mechanism; if you aren’t willing to wait a day or two for an answer, use e-mail.

License Transfers – If you need to transfer your license to another computer, log into your account and click on the assets option in the right hand side menu

Tutorials – get started with eggPlant right away by following these tutorials to learn the basics. Open them in a browser on your System-Under-Test.
